What you’ll do
Support Enterprise customers via chat, email, and phone.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the customer base and internally then create and deliver presentations to share.
Support Enterprise team with gathering data and information from other teams.
Refine data in preparation for sales pitches.
Your skills and qualifications
Capable of using initiative to make changes and come up with creative solutions to problems beyond provided playbooks.
Organized and capable of highly effective time management in an environment. Ability to effectively prioritize time and talents, and to give effective presentations.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced professional enterprise sales environment.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Basic technical knowledge of development and IT solutions. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions.
